Our conference will offer 18 workshops featuring a wide variety of topics such as practical classroom techniques, Business English (all levels), intercultural communication, creative activities (also for young learners), as well as advice on running your own business for freelance English teachers in Germany. Many of the major ELTpublishers as well as other ELT-relevant companies will present their materials at stands in the exhibition area. We are also pleased to announce Susan Holden and Evan Frendo as our plenary speakers and workshops with well-known names such as Marjorie Rosenberg, Andreas Grundtvig, John Hird, Dale Coulter etc. A great opportunity for professional development in a welcoming environment, lots of opportunity to network, a nice hot lunch and plenty of coffee!

The ELTAF conference is designed to offer something for everyone, regardless of whether you are new to the field or have decades of experience, a native speaker or non-native teacher of English, a freelancer or an employee of a private company or institution, teaching young learners or retired people, trainees or executives, an ELTAF member or non-member. We particularly welcome members of other ELTAs in Germany and look forward to spending an interesting, thought-provoking and above all enjoyable day together.
